We had such a great time working for a ton of wonderful customers in 2019. We were also fortunate enough to collect more than 20 unique reviews from verified renovation customers across 4 customer feedback platforms.
We thought it would be interesting to take the text from every one of our 2019 customer reviews, and see what it would look like as a word cloud! If you’ve never seen a word cloud before, it’s an image that combines the most popular words from a batch of text. The larger the word in the cloud, the more often it appears in the source material. I copied the text from each review into one document, and used the tool at worditout.com to create the image below:
