Unfortunately, mistakes are a fact of life. And at Blue Jay Exterior Renovations, we make mistakes just like everybody else. It could be that we didn’t order quite enough material, made an embarrassing typo on a contract, etc.
Usually when we make a mistake it’s a small deal that we can just fix right away. Other times, like the time we short-measured a house by 400 square feet, it costs us hundreds or thousands of dollars to keep our word (but we always do).
