James Hardie Siding Refresh
This renovation honoured the original design of the home, while adding energy efficiency and a beautiful, low maintenance exterior. After removing the original siding, we installed new Tyvek Drainwrap and Enerspan Insulation. As the insulation was 3/4”, we were able to install the Hardie siding directly over it (without strapping), simply increasing the length of the fasteners used.
Hardie Plank is installed on the majority of the home, with a Hardie board and batten feature on the corners - just like the original design. Mountain Sage is a stunning colour and looks beautiful on this updated bungalow.
