Siding Repair Services In Edmonton
There’s nothing worse than having the beautiful exterior of your home damaged. While it may be tempting to save money and repair your siding yourself, it’s best to leave it up to the siding experts at Blue Jay Exterior Renovations.
The Blue Jay Siding Repair Process
We follow a specific siding repair process. This ensures your repairs are completed properly and as stress-free as possible.
1. Request Siding Repair Service
The first step in the repair process is to request service. To do this, complete the form found at the bottom of this page. We will typically reply within 24 hours. To get started, we’ll need your name, address, and contact information.
Please note that because our Edmonton siding repairs are completed by the same expert crews that take care of our other siding renovation projects, our repair timeline is usually around three to five weeks. We cannot typically complete repairs on short notice.
2. Send Photos Of The Siding Damage
In our response to your service request, we’ll provide detailed instructions on sending us photos of the problem area. Once you send these photos, we’ll move on to the next step.
3. Receive Your Siding Repair Quote
Within one to two business days after receipt of your photos, we’ll prepare a quote for the services needed. The exact price will depend on the necessary repairs. Note that there is a minimum charge of $295 plus GST.
4. Schedule Your Siding Repair Service
Once you’ve reviewed and accepted your quote, we’ll add your project to our repair queue, and get it completed within 3 to 5 weeks. At this time, no deposit is required.
5. Your Siding Repair Is Completed
Before your scheduled siding repair project, we’ll send a Project Manager to determine all required materials for completing the job. The Project Manager will also meet with the installer to go over the repair and follow up after completion to make sure everything was done correctly. Only then will we send over the invoice for your review.
Now, your home is repaired and once again protected from the elements. And pretty much all you had to do was take some photos!
