Hardie Night Gray & Lux Panel Siding Renovation
On average, the clients we work with are in homes that are 30 to 50 years old. In some cases, the home is 70, or even 80 years old! But for this south Edmonton project, our clients were in a much newer home - only 8 years old, in fact!
Even though the home didn’t need new siding the same way some of our other projects do, the clients were tired of an exterior that looked almost exactly the same as all the other houses on the crescent. And the next crescent… and the next. We were happy to help these wonderful people turn their drab 2014 two story into a stunning show-stopper!
Hardie Plank in Night Gray pairs perfectly with Lux Panel Kona accents on this stunning home! We replaced the original vinyl siding with 8.25” Hardie Plank in Night Gray, which paired perfectly with the original masonry and soffit/fascia/eaves. Kona Lux Panel replaced the existing vinyl shakes, providing a contemporary accent update that still gives the home lots of warmth.
On the back of the home you’ll notice we installed Hardie Trims in Cobblestone around the windows. The trims help to add some character to the back of the home, and the colour tied in perfectly with the original metals.
