Modern Farmhouse Bungalow Exterior

Already featuring some beautiful black accents (front railings, cladding around the windows, and a gorgeous black and white front door), we helped take this exterior to the next level!

The existing white, horizontal vinyl siding was starting to show its age. And with all of the beautiful dark accents already installed, it was time to make a change and amplify the existing beauty waiting.

We started by replacing the white aluminum soffit/fascia/eaves with new black aluminum. It helped to bring out the existing black accents and offered a gorgeous contrast to the white siding.

And while we did install white siding to replace the existing white siding - it made a huge difference as well! The new siding was a board and batten profile, offering a unique texture difference from the other homes in the neighborhood, and a classic modern farmhouse spin to match the white and black exterior design.

At the front door, we installed a Gentek Iron Ore board and batten accent wall. The way it “pops” off the beautiful deck and accents at the front door (including some gorgeous new house numbers) contribute even further to an extremely well executed design. Each element contributes to the look, and taken all together this one is simply perfect!
