After building our reputation as an honest and reliable contractor in a largely unregulated trade, this approval shows our commitment to integrity with our past and future customers.
In order to call ourselves a Baeumler Approved contractor, we had to meet several key qualifications:
Workers Compensation Coverage
We provided the program with information showing that our WCB account is paid and in good standing. We always make sure to pay our premiums on time, and for the correct amount (this isn’t always as easy as it should be).
Liability insurance
We carry a $5 million liability insurance policy, which protects our customers in case of a major accident.
Customer references
Some of our past clients completed a reference on our behalf. We are always happy to put prospective customers in touch with some of our past customers, if they’d like to get a more personal version of a customer testimonial.
Trade references
Our Baeumler Approved rep contacted several contractors that have worked alongside us to get a tradesperson’s perspective on our quality, professionalism, and safety.
Licensing
Unfortunately, there are no trade specific licenses required to call yourself a siding installer in Alberta! However, any contractor who completes a renovation for a private individual in Alberta and takes any kind of payment before the project is complete should have a prepaid contractor’s license from Service Alberta. We’ve had our prepaid license since our first project: it’s that important to us!

After all this, we became the only Baeumler Approved siding renovation contractor in Edmonton. We are proud to be recognized for our commitment to the best communication, customer service, and quality workmanship in the industry.
